• Bell Technology cooperates with concern that operates in different parts of the world in the areas of data media, telecommunications, computer technology, distribution technology followed by high-tech manufactured products under various brand names. We are a dynamic company that is focused solely on the cooperation with large multinational retail chains and local distributors.
• Our business philosophy, as a technology supplier, is to ensure not only high-end production and delivery of full service with regard to the individual requirements of each customer, but also offer customers original, high quality products under our brand to ensure the highest quality of this product. Just as our customers direct or indirect, such as multinational Ahold - Hypernova and Albert, Carrefour, Globus, Interspar, Tesco Stores, ElectroWorld, Kaufland, Datart Megastore and others, and we are able to offer individual service and conditions. The distribution network of 14 regional representatives covering the whole Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and within alliance, we are ready to offer our service in some other selected countries.
• Our company works only with manufacturing plants in which high technology is used. In this way we achieve a strong position in the distribution of components through a sufficient supply of key components with the highest utility value at highly competitive prices. Building an information system via the Internet, enabling customers to get the maximum desired data about its products and preferential special offers.
• In early 2007, we built a new modern distribution and logistics center for the whole of Central Europe, which is associated in the business department, development center, service center for customers and the central warehouse, which covers the needs of our partners throughout Central Europe.

FDS ®

• Bell Technology provides its contractors FDS ®, an international service system that is constantly being improved and adapted to conditions in the Czech and Slovak Republics. With many years of experience in foreign service departments and long-term cooperation of Bell Technology with multinational companies retail chains sales department presents Bell Technology system that is tailored to individual customer requirements. FDS ® is flexible, simple and above all operational and is able to provide immediately useful information on total sales as well as commercial space activities.
• Service and business visitors are regularly planned carefully weighed with the frequency of the size and commercial sale in any place and at least once a week. At each visit, the service representative arranges goods on a stand or shelf as detailed or comprehensive plánogramu, exercises complete inventory of the stand and storage shelf, prepared according to the current sales order and ensure a positive impression of the overall effect of point of sale. According to detailed orders service - sales representatives can immediately determine the marketability of individual models and the range of suitably varied according to the best mix of goods according to specific requirements of certain stores.

• Strategy business unit lies in respecting the requirements of individual branches as well as the overall strategy of retail chain. Service reps and supervisors play a key role in promotions, discount programs and other events, as well as in handling complaints. The main advantages of FDS ® allow regular monitoring of business partners selling our products, provide regular care of goods on shelves and racks, give our products a consistent look in all places of business partner, avoiding oversupplied and maximize sales of the sales department. The arrangement of shelves and racks and after-care adds extra good looks and an essential stimulus to the customer who likes to stand on the adjusted purchase. Our company is preparing the introduction of a computerized system that will support the FDS ®. The system will facilitate communication between the company and its customers and contribute to accelerate the process .
